Steel bowls can be washed by hand with detergents or in the dishwashing machine at the temperatures below 40C.

Wooden base can be cleaned with a soft dry cloth. Furniture polish is acceptable. Avoid using solvent-containing products.

The wooden base is covered with waterproof oil that is specifically made for wood. A tip to extend the life of the bowls would be to refresh the coating every so often if necessary using oil made for wooden surfaces - the construction will only benefit from this. As a result the bowls will last longer and will remain in good condition
